WebI've been trying for the Air National Guard both Fighter and Heavy units for a while now. But even before COVID the process became a lot more competitive in the last 2 years. Even most heavy units are getting 200+ applications from people with 250+ flight hours and a CPL. I'm still going to try but want to open up to other avenues as well. Or you can join the Guard and be a ground-pounder and pay to fly on your own.
