I can confirm I’ve had this device about 6 months and it’s only recently become an issue. Not sure if any software updates have sent it funny. He went to Settings > Cellular > Enable LTE and selected "Data Only" He previously had "Voice and Data" selected. He claims this solved his issue and I am currently testing this fix to see if it revolves my issues.
