The facility is a one-story, free-standing building with exam rooms and a dental office. Hours of operation for the facility are: Monday – Thursday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Saturday 8 a.m. tp 12 noon.
