Web1 engie + any amount of medics won't be dealing with tanks either, beyond just pissing them off a bit and maybe forcing them to fall back for a bit. Launchers just take too long to do damage and restock for that. You need at least 2 engies, preferably 3 or more with supports providing ammo. And that's on a tank on an open field.
